Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least the age of majority in your region. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any actions taken by anyone who accesses your account.

• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments

Prices are shown in USD and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience. Taxes may apply. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

• Failure to pay may result in loss of access to paid content.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund for self-paced courses not exceeding 20% completion. Live and cohort policies vary and will be stated at checkout or in the course description. Refund eligibility may be limited where prohibited by law or where digital content rules apply in your region.

• Refund requests must be submitted within the stated refund window.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may suspend account access during investigation.

Conduct

Respectful communication is required. Content that violates laws or intellectual property is prohibited. You may not attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass access controls for the website or course content.

• No harassment, hateful content, or threats.
• No sharing of login credentials or paid materials outside your household/team plan where applicable.
• No uploading malware, phishing content, or misleading links.

Changes

We may update terms to reflect product changes. We will post updates with effective dates. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
